1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from kbazar.pk, on the website, through WhatsApp or by phone, or at our office counter. kbazar.pk is owned and operated by Innovative Encompass, Office No. 102, 1st Floor, Fine Commercial Center, Block-5, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we confirm the order by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description is clearly wrong, the delivery details cannot be confirmed, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
- Orders placed through WhatsApp or by phone follow the same terms as website orders.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges are added at checkout (see the Shipping and Delivery Policy).
- Prices and offers can change. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, unless it was an obvious error; then we contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
4. Products
- We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and shades can look slightly different on screens.
- Brand names appear only on genuine branded items. Other items are sold under their own model names; any compatibility (for example "works with iPhone and Android") is stated in the description.
- Stock on the site is updated as orders come in. Items marked Available on backorder are not in stock yet and ship when new stock arrives.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery for orders on the website, WhatsApp or phone. At our counter we also accept card and store credit. Approved account customers may be given pay-later credit up to an agreed limit.
6. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges, times and tracking are explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
See the Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.
8. Coupons and offers
- One coupon per order unless the coupon says otherwise.
- A coupon can have a minimum order value, an expiry date, a cap on the discount and a limit on how often it can be used; these are shown when you apply it.
- Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Your account
Keep your account sign-in private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (such as strikes, weather or courier disruption), or for indirect losses. Our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
11. Content and trademarks
The kbazar.pk name, logo, text and images on this site belong to Innovative Encompass or are used with permission. Other brand names belong to their owners.
12. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute goes to the courts of Karachi.

15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we work changes or the law requires it. The new version is published on this page at https://kbazar.pk with its effective date; bigger changes are also announced on the website. The version on the site on the day you place an order applies to that order.
