1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan through courier companies such as TCS, Leopards and M&P.
2. Delivery charges
- Rs 250 per order in most of Pakistan. Some areas have their own charge; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000.
3. Delivery time
- Usually 2 to 5 working days; remote areas can take a little longer.
- Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
- Express delivery is available in major cities on request; WhatsApp us before ordering.
- Items marked Available on backorder ship as soon as new stock arrives; we tell you the expected date when we confirm your order.
4. Order confirmation
We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Please keep your phone on. If we cannot reach you after a few tries, we may cancel the order.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery for orders on the website, WhatsApp or phone.
- Cash on delivery: pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
6. Tracking
When your order ships, you receive the courier's tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can also check it on Track your order with your order number and mobile number.
7. When the parcel arrives
- Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you accept it. If it is open or damaged, please refuse it or take a photo, and WhatsApp us straight away.
- If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you.
8. Collecting from our office
You are welcome to collect an order from our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Please call or WhatsApp +92 315 8048157 before you come, so it is ready for you.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we work changes or the law requires it. The new version is published on this page at https://kbazar.pk with its effective date; bigger changes are also announced on the website. The version on the site on the day you place an order applies to that order.
